Kenosha boy improving after vehicular crash

The Kenosha boy who was recently hit by a vehicle is now recovering at a hospital in Milwaukee, the Kenosha News reported on June 22.

Amanda McDowell told reporters that her grandson, 4-year-old Prince, is continuing to improve after the June 21 pedestrian accident that took place in front of her house. The child was airlifted to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s ICU after he was struck by a pickup truck while crossing near 61st Street and 11th Street. Amanda learned from doctors that Prince suffered a concussion, and he will be examined for other possible injuries. Authorities are still not releasing details concerning the driver involved in the accident.
