Motorcyclist severely injured by car in Kenosha accident

A drunk driving accident in Kenosha resulted in one seriously injured motorcyclist and one arrest, Kenosha News reported on June 8.

The police report said the accident occurred at the intersection of 22nd Avenue and 60th Street at around 12:00 a.m. on June 7. Anthony Stewart was riding his motorcycle westbound on 60th Street when he was struck by a turning car. Stewart was taken to a Milwaukee hospital due to serious injuries he sustained on his head and leg. The driver, who reportedly caused the crash after failing to yield, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence.
