Man arrested for alleged DUI, kicks out window of police vehicle

A Wisconsin man that was arrested for driving while intoxicated was charged with additional felonies after kicking out the back window of a cop car during his arrest.

The 39-year-old man was pulled over by police after citizens called and complained about a reckless driver in the area. Once found by police, they noticed that his eyes were bloodshot and his speech was slurred.

The man was already driving with a suspended license after a DUI in Illinois. Police then conducted a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer test. The test showed that the man had a blood-alcohol level of .206 and he was cuffed and placed in the back seat of the cop car. The police then searched the man’s car when they noticed he was hitting his head on the window of the car.

He then laid down and kicked out the back window of his car with his feet. He was brought to Lake County Jail for driving under the influence and many other charges.
