An 18-year-old plead guilty after causing a car wreck in western Wisconsin that killed two teens.

Officials say that the 18-year-old had used marijuana before driving. While driving, his drove his car into a ditch and rolled multiple times. Two passengers were killed and a third was injured. The accident happened last summer. Officials say that speed was a factor in the wreck. The driver was going between 77-84 mph in a 55 mph zone.
