Three women were killed and one more was seriously injured in a car accident in Wisconsin on June 26.
One of the women was 20 and the other three were 19 years of age. The accident occurred when the car became airborne and struck a group of trees which caused the car to flip over before coming to a stop.
Three of the women were pronounced dead at the scene when emergency crews arrived and the other woman was transported to the hospital in serious condition. Accident reconstruction experts are currently investigating the accident.

A car accident in Southwest Wisconsin killed one man and injured his 10-month-old child.
The 23-year-old father was heading south on Highway 80 with his 10-month-old child in the backseat. The man then crossed the center line and struck a Ford truck and trailer. The father was ejected from his car even though he was wearing his seat belt.
Someone who was passing by got the child out of the car and rushed him to the hospital. The driver of the Ford truck was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Officials say that the accident remains under investigation. The Wisconsin car accident was a shock to drivers and locals in the area.

On Feb. 9, a rollover accident in Wisconsin Rapids killed one.
The pick up truck in the accident lost control on a snow roadway and rolled over. For nearly and hour and a half, the driver of the rolled over car was trapped inside. The jaws of life were used to get him out and he was taken to the hospital. The man suffered a head injury.

A former Boston Legal actor, Justin Mentell, died in a car accident on Feb. 1, in Wisconsin.
A motorist call the police after finding the Jeep, the motorist said it looked like it had been there for a while. The Jeep had fallen down an embankment near Highway 39. Mentell was pronounced dead on the scene. Investigators are searching for the cause of the accident. He was 27-years-old.

A Somerset, Wis. man was killed on Jan. 25 near Stillwater.
According to state patrol, the man was driving after a tire bounced and hit his car. The tire came loose from another driver’s truck who was heading the opposite direction of the victim. The 23-year-old was killed. The accident happened at an intersection between Highway 95 and Highway 36. The driver and passenger of the truck were not injured.

An accident on Highway 53 left one man dean and another injured on New Year’s Eve.
According to the Sherrif’s Department, a pick up truck that was driving south on the highway lost control in the icy conditions slid off the road and rolled over. The truck’s passenger was thrown from the vehicle and pinned underneath it. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The Murray Maker Bridge on Interstate 74 was closed for an hour on Jan. 9 due to multiple wrecks.
It started when a woman lost control of her vehicle and hit both sides of the bridge. Two other drivers sideswiped each other while trying to avoid the first wreck. Another woman tried to avoid the wreck and brought her car to stop. She was then hit in the back by a pick-up truck. The pick-up truck was also rear-ended. A few of the people involved were sent to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
