Repeat OWI offender apprehend in Sheboygan

Sheboygan authorities recently apprehended a suspected drunken driver after he was involved in a vehicular mishap, a February 18 article of Fox 6 reported.

Reports said at about 7:14 p.m. on February 17, Sheboygan Police and Fire officials responded to a vehicular accident at Lakeshore Road and Pine Bluff Drive. Responding authorities found a man, who was only identified as a 48-year-old, trapped inside his vehicle.

A preliminary investigation said the driver rear-ended an unoccupied van that was parked on Lakeshore Road. Both vehicles were reportedly sent spinning due to the impact of the collision. The driver who caused the collision was treated for minor injuries and was booked in the Sheboygan County Detention Center. Other charges including reckless driving, driving a vehicle with a revoked license, and disorderly conduct were also filed against him.
