Buggy and car accident in Sparta sends two to hospital

A buggy and car accident in Monroe County caused two young adults to be sent to the hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.

According to county officials, the accident occurred as a 61-year-old man was driving behind two buggies and attempted to pass them in the oncoming lane.

While attempting to pass, the second buggy in line turned in front of the car and they collided. The buggy overturned on its side as a result and the two people inside were transported to Tomah Memorial Hospital to be treated.

If you or a loved one has been injured after someone has attempted an illegal pass on the road, you need representation on your side that can help you fight for the compensation you deserve.
