Wisconsin woman killed after motorcycle crash

A 52-year-old woman was killed after she was thrown from a motorcycle when the driver lost control and slid into a ditch.

The incident occurred in Illinois on Saturday night when a 52-year-old man was operating the motorcycle on Ridge Road. It is unknown at this time what caused the accident and officials are still working to investigate.

The woman was flown to the hospital in order to be treated for serious head and chest injuries. After arriving, the woman succumbed to the injuries sustained in the motorcycle crash.

Two-vehicle accident on State Highway 39 injures multiple

A two-car accident at the intersection of State Highway 39 and County Highway F left multiple people in the hospital.

According to officials, the accident occurred as the 25-year-old driver of the van failed to stop at an intersection and a car collided with him. The driver of the van may have been unable to see the car because of the nature of the intersection.

After the collision, the six people in the van and the driver of the other vehicle were all taken to the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison in order to be treated. Their current conditions are unknown at this time.

Two injured in Wisconsin 29 rollover accident

Two people were injured after a rollover accident occurred on Wisconsin 29.

According to Shawano officials, the accident occurred as the vehicle was heading west and one of the tires blew out causing the driver to lose control. After the driver lost control, the car flipped and rolled over.

One of the victims had to be extricated from the vehicle using the Jaws of Life. The female driver and male passenger were both transported to the local medical center to be treated.
