Byron Conway was born and raised in Green Bay. Following high school, he attended Santa Clara University in California where he majored in Journalism. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1998. Mr. Conway obtained his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 2002. While in law school, Mr. Conway was on the National Mock Trial team (regional finalist); the following year, he coached the National Mock Trial team and was a member of the Moot Court Board. He received the CALI award for his superior academic achievement in Business Torts. After obtaining his law degree, Mr. Conway practiced law in Milwaukee for four years before returning home to Green Bay in 2006.

Mr. Conway currently serves as the Secretary of the Brown County Bar Association. He is a member of the Brown County Young Lawyers Association. He has served as a regional coordinator for the State High School Mock Trial Tournament. In 2007 and 2008, Mr. Conway was recognized as a Rising Star in the Wisconsin Super Lawyers feature published in Milwaukee Magazine. He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of Wisconsin, is a member of the American Bar Association, the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the Robert J. Parins Inn of Courts.
